I. DESCRIPTION
GT 1150 is a 100% reactive, solvent-free, two component, general purpose epoxy anti-slip coating for concrete, metal, and wood surfaces. GT1150 is designed for the most demanding installations. It was developed for heavy abuse in the marine and industrial markets. GT 1150 provides “peak” performance with a formulation that cures to a maximum anti-slip profile. GT 1150 provides light to moderate chemical resistance, excellent impact resistance, and good color stability.
II. PRODUCT USES
GT1150 is designed to be installed in areas that are odor sensitive. The zero VOC formulation eliminates offensive odors, making it perfect for indoor use in areas requiring safer footing and traction for rolling equipment. GT1150 is ideal in wineries, food processing and preparation areas, bakeries, hospitals, bottling plants, and any confined, low ventilation areas.

VI. INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
GT1150 can be applied to any clean, dry surface. Remove all paint, construction contaminants, rust, and mill scale from metal or concrete surfaces. Concrete shall have a profile of CSP-3 to CSP-5 meeting ICRI (International Concrete Repair Institute) guidelines for concrete coatings. Steel shall be prepared to SSPC-SP10 standards. (See Surface Preparation Guidelines)
Pre-mix Component A with a mechanical mixer making sure that any settlement has been re-dispersed.
Apply only when air and surface temperatures are between 50º and 100º F and surface is at least 5º above the dew point.
Depending upon substrate use recommended Safety-Grip primer.
Pour all contents of GT 1150Hardener (Component B) into Component A. Mix thoroughly for 3 minutes until Hardener (Component B) is totally incorporated.
Pour all mixed contents of GT1150 on the surface in a ribbon 6 inches wide. Use a Safety-Grip phenolic core roller. Install material by rolling in one direction only. Pull material toward you in slow straight strokes with moderate pressure. DO NOT OVER ROLL.
Do not thin material.
Allow to cure. Curing time will be affected by low temperatures and high humidity.
